Card on file and 48 hour policy
A valid card on file is required to book all appointments we have a strict 48 hour cancellation and change policy no cancellations, reschedules, or changes are permitted within 48 hours of your appointment – Including for sickness or emergencies.
Any appointment changed or canceled inside the 48 hour window will be charged in full to the card on file. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service by booking you acknowledge and agree to this policy this allows us to protect our providers time and ensure availability for other clients
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary. However, we strictly enforce a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Is it good to have any other booking policies
Late arrival policy
If you arrive late, your service may be short to stay on schedule and the full service price will still apply. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be charged under the 48 hour policy.
Children and guest policy
For safety and relaxation no children or extra guest in treatment rooms only the booked client may attend the appointment minor must be accompanied by a parent
Gift card policy
gift cards are nonrefundable. Must be presented at checkout. Lost/stolen cards cannot be replaced. All gift cards must be purchased online.
