1. Services & Booking
Purely Pampered offers massage therapy, facial treatments, head spa services, and related wellness offerings.
All appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed through our booking platform or by phone.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of deposit, if applicable.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and applicable digital payment methods.
Gratuity is never required but always appreciated.
4. SMS & Email Communication
By providing your phone number and/or email, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional promotional messages from Purely Pampered.
You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to text messages or using the unsubscribe link in emails.
5. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your information according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
6. Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful and professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior toward our staff will result in immediate termination of services and may be reported to authorities if necessary.
7. Health & Safety
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness or have had recent exposure to a contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to ensure the health and well-being of all clients and staff.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
